I bought one last year and my deer problems vanished. I loved it so much I bought one for my in-laws. Then the problems started. The one I bought for my in-laws didn't work at all. Since I was an electronics tech, I was able to diagnose the problem: The power switch was broken. I purchased an identical, replacement switch and popped it in. The sensor + ultrasound started working correctly but the water pump did not turn on. It turns out the pump was bad as well. Meanwhile, our unit stopped working. I took it apart and found that the sensor/electronics unit was totally filled with water from our winter rains. The circuit board was completely corroded. The unit has inadequate seals and will not withstand a single winter. I'm not talking snow and sub-zero temperatures here. I'm talking about ordinary, California rain. It isn't even close. The top is a sort of yucky yellow-ish tan and the netting is a darker brownish-green color (which is actually the color I expected the top to be)...after putting it all up I really hated the top color, but just didn't have the energy to take it all down and return it. Also, the small cover for the very top does NOT fit. It is about 3 inches too small to fit over the last corner and no matter how we jimmied it,it just does not work. Again...just too difficult to send it all back. My cat has room to spare and can finally stretch out on all the levels. The base is much larger. The wooden poles are thicker. It's nice and plush and has 30" of sisal rope. The colors aren't as vibrant in "real life." Colors like the light blue that are speckled across it seemed to increase a thousandfold. The colors are much more drab--almost ugly. I see a good bit of burgundy in the rug on the computer, but in real life, there's burgundy and a lot of purple, too, and I mean "grape" purple. The deep orangey-brown color on the screen looks more like a "flesh" colored crayon--not good. I'm not sure yet what I'm going to do with it. They all had handles the protruded out from the pan, which constrained the size of the pan, since it had to fit down inside the cooker. This pan's handles are vertical, which means you can fit more pan into the BGE than the others (I own a large BGE). The downside is it is obscenely expensive so you better like paella a lot *and* own a BGE (which benefits from the vertical handles). But, what I found with this wok is that, even though the heat source doesn't have to be on high, the mass of iron in this wok generated much more heat and my Chinese dishes came out fantastically. I have been totally shocked at how this wok performed.The surface needs to be gently seasoned, as do the surfaces of Le Creuset's grill pans, but, once that is done, food rarely sticks to it (or, the grill pans). I usually let some water soak in the pan after I've taken the food out, and after that, stuck-on food easily come off. The pieces are all lightweight plastic, the filters and membrane have the correct stamps on them - "75 gpd RO membrane," "10 micron carbon filter," etc. - but when he showed me comparable filters, membranes and pieces from Italy, the quality difference was immediately obvious. The membrane came with the blue coloring rubbed-off in the plastic bag and the flow restrictor was from a 50 gpd membrane, and not a 75 gpd. When I wrote to the suppliers about this, they immediately responded that they had never received any negative comments and they would replace the membrane right away. KaderaI purchased two of these cribs about four months before my second daughter was born (she is now 11 months). Our first crib for my first daughter was recalled twice for drop down rail suffications which scared the living daylights out of me so I just purchased two new cribs without the drop down side rail. My toddler jumps around and plays in her crib as well as climbing all over the outside as well. We haven't had a problem with the side rails on either crib becoming loose. I love the way the cribs look. They have a beautiful oak finish and I'm hoping with the conversion they will both last many many years.
